Pastor Michael Fulton, Jr.

Pastor Michael Fulton, Jr. is a visionary servant-leader, intercessor, and prophetic psalmist whose life is marked by unwavering faith, spiritual insight, and a passion for building up the body of Christ. A native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, he is known for his integrity, compassion, and dedication to education and ministry.
Pastor Fulton holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a concentration in English Literature and Language from Fayetteville State University and a Master of Arts in English Literature from Middlebury College. He is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership in Higher Education at Liberty University. With over 12 years of service as an educator in North Carolina’s public school system, Pastor Fulton has faithfully invested in the next generation, both spiritually and academically.
While teaching in high school, he developed and created a male mentorship program called “Developing Young Men into Kings,” DYM2K. The program focused on community engagement, cultural activities, financial literacy, male grooming tips, and various other topics. Now, in middle school, he has established a male mentoring program for young men in grades 6-8 called Young Men of Valor (YMV), which is grounded in the same principles as DYM2K. Many young men have been empowered by his team and are making significant contributions to our society.
His ministry journey began over three decades ago at Free Will Holy Mission Church (FWHM), where he served under the spiritual leadership of Overseer Rich. His service started in music ministry as a prophetic musician and choir director, then expanded into roles as Sunday School teacher, Christian Educator, and Intercessory Team Leader. In 2001, at the age of 16, he was ordained as a Minister and Prophet, later elevated to Assistant Pastor in 2012, and officially installed as Pastor in 2018.
Pastor Fulton’s ministry training includes graduation from the School of the Prophets under Apostle Fran Stubbs (Spirit of Deborah Apostolic Network) in 2015 and completing a certificate in How to Study the Bible from Carolina Bible College in 2017. Through Without Limits Ministries International (WLMI) Prophetic Training & Mentoring Academy, he received Christian Life Coach credentials in 2018, graduated from Prophetic Training, and graduated from the WLMI Master Class in 2021.

Pastor Fulton is a sought-after speaker and teacher with a heart for mobilizing and equipping believers. In February 2025, following divine instruction, he launched Life Abundant Ministries - an online ministry with a quarterly in-person worship component that travels across cities in the United States. His mission is to cultivate spiritual growth, awaken purpose, and create space for authentic encounters with God.

Lady Felicia Fulton

Lady Felicia Fulton is a woman marked by grace, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to the work of the Lord. A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she holds a Master of Public Health from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fayetteville State University. Professionally, she serves the community with compassion by connecting vulnerable populations with resources that improve their health and overall well-being.
A certified Christian Life Coach and trained in Prophetic Ministry, Lady Fulton walks boldly in her calling to equip and empower believers to pursue purpose with clarity and conviction. She carries a strong prophetic mantle and walks heavily in prophetic dreams and spiritual insight. As a prophetic intercessor, she discerns and declares the heart of God, standing in the gap with unwavering faith and precision.
Lady Fulton is anointed to teach people through practical, life-application revelation of the Scriptures, unlocking immediate breakthroughs in the lives of believers. Her ability to translate biblical truths into relevant, real-life strategies causes transformation and spiritual acceleration for those she leads.
Within the ministry, she is known for her anointing in administration, stewardship and financial prosperity. She serves faithfully alongside her husband, Pastor Michael Fulton, at Life Abundant Ministries. Her kingdom assignments have included praise and worship, media ministry, and ministry administration each role reflecting her excellence in leadership and devotion to the call of God.
She is a Watchman and Gatekeeper, positioned to pray, protect, and propel the Body of Christ forward. Lady Fulton ministers powerfully in the areas of faith, family, and finances, helping others walk in alignment with God’s promises and provisions. Her quiet strength is matched by deep wisdom and prophetic clarity, and her heart's desire is for all people to fully embrace God’s divine purpose for their lives without compromise.
